The courier will attempt to make delivery up to 3 times before the parcel is returned to our warehouse. At which point we will contact you to arrange redelivery charged as per our standard shipping rates.

Once you have received your order confirmation by email, please get in touch using the details below to confirm your collection day and time and we will have your goods ready for you.

We will always do what we can to find a solution for you.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as received and in original, undamaged packaging.

If you received your item with free shipping, we will refund you the full cost of your item, minus the cost of shipping to you and £5 administration fee.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

Any items bought with a gift card or voucher will be refunded as in-store credit.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund the cost of return shipping.
