If you’re not given the In-Store Collection option at checkout, some of the items in your order are not eligible for this type of delivery.
If you’d like to collect in-store, please place a separate order with the items where the option is available.
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for collection for our shop.
Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.
Otherwise, if you were logged in to your online account when you made the purchase, simply sign in and find the order number from the relevant purchase. Make a note of this and bring it to the shop when you collect.
If you weren’t logged in at time of purchase, please bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode when collecting.
To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.
If you ordered before 5pm, your order will usually be available to collect the next day from 3pm. Please wait until after 4pm to contact us. If there’s any delay to your order, we’ll email you to let you know.
If you still haven’t received a confirmation message after 2 days after placing your order, please give us a call or email us and a member of our team should be able to check the progress of your order.
We need to see your order number from your confirmation email.
You will need to bring proof of ID such as:-
the payment card you used for the order, or
a current photo driver’s licence or passport
We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.
If you paid entirely with gift vouchers or a gift card, please bring either your passport or photo-card driving licence.
You may need to prove that you’re 18 or over upon collection if you have an age-restricted item, in your order.
We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to safeguard you from fraud, they will need to bring your order number and their own photo ID.
We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll return the order to the warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this may take up to 28 days to process once the order has left the shop.
